REGISTER MONTADALE SHEEP ON LINE

We have 2 methods of registering your sheep on line.

Clicking on the links below will open a new browser window.

1) On Line Registration: Use this form if you only have 5 or less sheep to register. Be sure your information is correct before submitting it. Read through the form carefully! Push the submit button. This is a secure site and you can use your credit card. This page is EXTRA WIDE. Make sure you scroll to the right to fill out all the boxes.

2) Download the Registration Form (PDF): This form is exactly like the paper Application for Registration currently in use. It can be saved on your hard drive & filled in using your adobe software. Or, this version can also be printed out and filled out with pencil & sent in by USPS.

The Montadale Sheep Breeders' Association accepts credit cards through Paypal only for registration work. All work is sent to you by First Class U.S. Mail. Work requested returned "Rush" incurs a $25.00 Fed-Ex Charge and can only be sent to an address with a street address (not a P. O. Box) and a telephone number.
