REGISTER MONTADALE SHEEP ON LINE

We have 2 methods of registering your sheep on line.

1) On Line Registrations: Use this form if you only have 5 or less sheep to register. Be sure your information is correct before submitting it. Read through the form carefully! Push the submit button. This is a secure site and you can use your credit card. This page is EXTRA WIDE. Make sure you scroll to the right to fill out all the boxes.

2) Download the Microsoft Word Registration Form: This form is exactly like the paper Application for Registration currently in use. Download a copy of the Registration Form in a Microsoft Word. doc file from our "ftp" site. Save it as a file on your hard drive. This "doc file" can then be filled out at your convenience, "saved" for your records and mailed or e-mailed as an e-mail attachment to the Association office. To print the Registration Form, you will need 8 1/2 x 14 paper. Set your printer in the "landscape" mode. Save multiple copies on your hard drive by simply renaming each file.

The Montadale Sheep Breeders' Association accepts credit cards through Paypal only for registration work. All work is sent to you by First Class U.S. Mail. Work requested returned "Rush" incurs a $25.00 Fed-Ex Charge and can only be sent to an address with a street address (not a P. O. Box) and a telephone number.
