Welcome to Woods Texels in
Southern Michigan!
We have been raising Texel sheep since
1999. Our flock is OPP tested negative, foot rot free, enrolled
in the VSFCP MI57, and beginning with genotype through Genecheck. We take
pride in healthy sheep and have kept a closed flock except for the addition of
rams.

For the March 2010 lambing season we
are using Portland Prairie #8061
....an embryo transfer sired by Handbank Jack the Lad and a Callerton
Glenlivet ewe.
