OUR YOUTH IN ACTION & YF UPDATES
April 4th -The YF will be in charge of the Easter Breakfast on Easter Sunday! We will be asking church members to donate food items. We plan to serve pancakes, sausage, egg casserole and fruit. April 16th - We will set up for the pancake meal to be served at the church on Saturday. Time to be announced. April 17th - The youth will sponsor an all you can eat pancake meal at the church. One sausage patty and your drink will be included and served for a donation. We will serve from 8-1 and have people speaking and showing slides of El Sembrador, the farm school in Honduras where we will be doing our mission project. During and/or after this time the youth will then clean the church. Many fund raisers are being planned to raise money for our upcoming events! We will be going to Cedar Point and Soak City again this summer. You must be going into the sixth grade in order to be able to go on this trip! The YF is planning a mission trip to Honduras in October! .....and other things are in the works being planned!
Any youth interested in going to the Lakeside Summer Church Camp can see Mark and Tonya for info! The Sr. High camp is June 20-26 and the Jr. Hi camp is to be June 28-July 2nd. There is a need for adults to go as chaperones, also. Our group will be joining the Arlington group as far as housing, etc. Registration must happen shortly. Please be thinking and praying about attending or chaperoning summer church camp! Thank you!
