APPORTIONMENTS
One church got money this year
to begin a new children’s ministry. Another church received a grant to
continue an outreach effort as a new church. Several students were given
tuition help. Retired pastors are given pensions and hospitalization. A
disabled pastor is given financial support to make ends meet. A widow is
given benefits to support her family. Flood victims are given emergency
support. Missions are supplied missionaries and food. An elderly woman is
given supplemental help to her income to keep her room at a retirement
home. Pastors receive training at reduced cost. Churches receive coaching
at reduced cost. All this is happening near you in your district in the
West Ohio Conference. All this is happening because of apportionment
dollars. All of it is happening thanks to you and your support as a local
church when you pay your local church apportionments. Thank you very much!
