Flock History:

Barnes Hampshire Sheep originated in 1968 as a family 4-H project.  What started out as a flock of 2 bred ewes and 2 ewe lambs is currently 20 Hampshire brood ewes. 

Located in Belle Center, Ohio, Jim & Carolyn, along with their sons Jim (Barney) and Mike continue to raise, show and sell top quality Hampshire sheep around the country. 

The brood ewe base is rich in bloodlines primarily from top sheep breeders such as Charles Kirlin & Family and PA & CB Bobendrier flock.
